I decided to give our wooden utensils a cute makeover by dipping their handles in copper paint and then wood burning cats and bears on them.
Cooking looks so much cuter with them.
Bittercube sent me some of their bitters to experiment with and they have the most amazing flavours. You can use them in baking, sauces and best of all, cocktails!
My first recipe was a merlot and mushroom burger made with Quorn burgers marinated in red wine and bitters. It tasted so good.
For dessert, we tucked into the remaining slices of a French Martini Cheesecake that I'd baked for Makar Glasgow Gin.
