The Big Cheese Making Kit sent us one of their halloumi making kits today and Tom loves making cheese, so he started making a batch straight away.
The process was a little more complicated than the mozzarella we made last time but the minty halloumi tasted delicious.
Tom made us some tasty Cuban style grilled cheeses for lunch so we could test it out.
I used the rest of the batch to make some beetroot & carrot fritters which tasted great with a little yogurt and mint on top. Even Tom liked them!
