I'd read that Barns Ness lighthouse, near Dunbar, was a fantastic place to see the stars and the milkyway and we made a plan to head out on the next clear night.
The lighthouse is at the end of a long path filled with bunnies and deer and it's dark enough to see hundreds of stars.
I hadn't realised what a great car for star gazing Figaro would be. We put down the roof, tilted our seats back and pulled out our blankets from the boot.
Tom set up the camera to take some amazing long exposure shots and then got creative by making light trails in the sky with his phone and wrote my name. I love how the photos turned out!
