We went to Five Sisters Zoo in West Calder with my Mum & Dad today.

It was a lovely little zoo with all kinds of adorable animals.

The owls were really lovely.

Animals always look so much cuter in the snow. I'm not sure why.

I managed to catch this wild cat mid-growl when taking this photo.

One of the most amazing things was a gigantic ant run which stretched the entire length of the reptile enclosure with a rope overhead for them to crawl along.

If you looked close you could see them carrying little leaves back to their home along the ropes.

There was also a cute little bird that said "Hi there".
