We took my Mum to YummyTori for dinner this evening, while my Dad went to a whisky tasting. The bento box was totally different from last time and filled with delicious things like tempura sweet potato and grilled tofu.
I couldn't resist ordering a cherry blossom margarita which was amazing.
One of the dishes has fish cakes on top which were warping under the heat and made it look like our food was alive.
We went for dinner at YummyTori again tonight and ordered our usual bento boxes along with a couple of side tapas, including a Japanese pancake and wasabi prawns. They all tasted amazing.
We went for dinner at YummyTori later that night. It's so much fun getting to show Grandma all our favourite restaurants.
Afterwards, we went for dinner at YummyTori where Tom tucked in to a bowl of pho, while I had their delicious wasabi prawns and okinomiyaki.
Even though the okinomiyaki is completely different to the one we tried in Hiroshima, it's really good and I'm so glad there's somewhere to find it in Edinburgh.
