Even though we're a little sad to be back home after visiting London, it feels like a road-trip is only just beginning now that we've got a new car and we drove through to Burntisland today to take my Mum and Dad for a spin.

Luckily, it stayed sunny enough to put the roof down as we drove through to visit Nana. Dad said he felt like he was on holiday. It feels a bit like a boat when you're sitting in the back, because there's nothing behind you apart from the road. We

It was Bon Fire night tonight and for the first time in about 12 years, we headed through to Burntisland to see the fireworks.

We got to the fire just in time to see the Guy go up in flames. Sparklers were one of my favourite things about the night but sadly they've been banned within the last decade.

The firework display was a lot more impressive and lasted a lot longer than we had expected.

There were even ones that burst into smiley faces.
